Overview:
We are partnering with a global financial services firm to hire an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support a key business line within Operations and Technology. This is a hands-on role within a lean HR team, offering strong exposure to business leaders and the opportunity to operate in a regional capacity.
This position is ideal for a high-performing Associate or Junior VP-level HRBP who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to deepen their impact within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders and managers to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
- Support employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational initiatives
- Assist in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning efforts
- Drive HR processes including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and promotions
- Collaborate with COEs (Comp, Talent Acquisition, L&D) to execute HR strategies
- Contribute to organizational design and change management initiatives as needed
- Support a regional coverage model, partnering with stakeholders across multiple locations (including North America)
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong experience supporting front office, operations, or technology client groups is a plus
- Proven ability to operate in a hands-on, execution-oriented role while building credibility with stakeholders
- Solid understanding of core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compensation processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at various levels of the organization
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
