HR Business Partner
Location: NYC - midtown
Hybrid: 3 days onsite
Range: 150-165k plus bonus (excellent benefits and PTO package)
We’re partnering with a mid-sized financial technology firm to find a seasoned HR Business Partner (7-10+ years of HR experience) to support a regional business across the Americas.
This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on shaping and executing people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment across diverse markets. This role is an individual contributor and the ideal candidate will be able to pivot between strategic and hands-on projects.
What you’ll do:
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing people strategy and business outcomes
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design
• Coach and develop leaders to strengthen team performance and decision-making
• Support change management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
• Ensure HR compliance across multiple geographies
• Partner on key HR initiatives including performance, compensation, and transformation efforts
• Leverage Workday and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and track KPIs
What we’re looking for:
• 7-10+ years of HR experience in a global/matrixed environment in technology, SaaS, fintech or financial services
• Experience supporting Americas region (US, Canada, LATAM)
• Strong expertise in strategic HR advisory, talent management, and HR operations
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through change
• Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and people analytics
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Multilingual capabilities and cross-cultural experience are a plus
