As an Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of the Human Resources department within an ultra-luxury environment.
This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Support payroll preparation (bi-weekly)
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data impacting compensation
- Process and track all payroll-related changes (hires, terminations, transfers, bonuses, status updates)
Human Resources Administration
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, mobility, offboarding)
- Prepare and issue employment offer letters, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee files with precision and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal procedures
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate job postings
- Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Conduct reference checks and pre-employment verification processes
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding journeys with a high-touch experience approach
- Deliver structured and welcoming new hire orientations
Employee Experience & Culture
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to well-being programs and cultural activations
- Assist in DEI initiatives and internal communication campaigns
- Help build curated local partnerships (well-being, lifestyle, hospitality)
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Support HR leadership in handling employee relations matters
- Assist in documentation, follow-ups, and case tracking
- Ensure timely, respectful, and consistent employee communication
Internal Communication & Branding
- Design and distribute internal HR communications and newsletters
- Support visual storytelling across internal platforms (screens, flyers, announcements)
- Contribute to the consistency of the employee brand experience
HR Systems & Reporting
- Ensure data integrity within HRIS systems at all times
- Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance, etc.)
- Support dashboard creation and Excel-based reporting
- Assist with HR audits and data governance requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, with experience in data entry, reporting, and updates (specific platforms a plus)
- Understanding of payroll processes and HR operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data accuracy and analytical mindset
- Proficiency with Canva and visual communication tools
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Understanding of compliance regulations and HR best practices
