Recruiting Coordinator - Must have HR experience.
The ideal candidate will want to learn and engage with new hires, managers, and colleagues to ensure each new hire has the very best onboarding experience. Acts as the first point of contact for onboarding. Performs administrative duties supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the organization. Ensure that new hires successfully complete all background checks to ensure staff competency in delivering the highest quality of patient care. Must have Human Resources experience.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience working in a staffing or human resources department
- HS diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Program coordination, facilitation, and training experience preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Software and other databases

- Very Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
