Our client, a prestigious global luxury brand, is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Temporary HR Coordinator to join their team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area! This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced corporate environment.

📍 Grand Prairie / Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
💲 $28–$30/hour
🕒 Monday–Friday | 9AM–5PM
🏢 Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
🚗 Rotating between 3 office locations
📅 ASAP start
📌 Long-term temp opportunity with potential temp-to-perm path after 1 year
About the Role:
This position will support multiple departments and leaders across HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee support, HR systems, reporting, and training coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, analytical, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee information within HR systems
- Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and data management
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and leadership teams
- Generate reports and presentations highlighting HR metrics and trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field)
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with HRIS systems strongly preferred
- Workday experience is highly preferred
- Excel skills including pivot tables and V-lookups are a plus
- Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
