Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will handle and oversee daily HR functions such as developing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. They will work closely with the HR team and leadership to maintain compliance, facilitate employee relations, and support company initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience with HR Policies and ensuring organizational compliance
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in technology or digital transformation industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
