Position Overview
We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator who will work in partnership with our HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective and efficient Human Resources administration.
Responsibilities
The HR Operations Coordinator role will be responsible for supporting several HR processes, including employee file and data management and ongoing reporting needs.
- Assist in the coordination of employee onboarding in partnership with the Human Resources and Recruitment teams, including Workday data entry, equipment requests, end employee files, partnering with Human Resources and employees to ensure timely completion of all required paperwork.
- Regularly run and audit employee data reporting, including active and terminated rosters, leave of absence, paid time off, and timekeeping compliance reporting to support time entry, meal/rest breaks, and attestation processes.
- Primary contact for employee inquiries regarding timekeeping, HR system, and policy questions; liaise with the Payroll team to respond to and resolve payroll inquiries for our corporate and retail employees.
- Administer the clothing allowance issuance process for eligible corporate and retail employees, including employee communications and weekly and monthly payroll utilization reporting.
- Compile reporting for annual compliance training initiatives, partnering with HR Business Partners to support effective communications to encourage timely completion of trainings
- Provide administrative support for systemic procurement process for the HR team, including contract and purchase order creation and invoice submission processes.
- Support the semi-annual performance management cycle through regular completion status reporting, employee bonus letter distribution, and additional post-cycle employee data, file, and systems update tasks.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Entry level role; Minimum of one year experience in a corporate environment or in a Human Resources Department a plus
- Ability to foster productive working relationships within an organization, communicate clearly and proactively, and work with a solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to quickly learn the basics of navigating in HRIS (Workday) and Payroll (ADP) software and follow established business processes for running and maintaining reporting
- Experience in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite systems, Coupa Procurement Software, with knowledge of basic excel formulas
- Enjoys working in a team environment and interested in expanding knowledge in Human Resources
Salary range: $72,000.00 -80,000.00*
