We are partnering with a high-growth, multibillion dollar organization to identify a strategic HR leader with a passion for talent development to support a large, multi-state region.
This is not a traditional L&D role—it’s a business-facing HR partner position focused on aligning development strategy with operational goals across a workforce of 1,200+ employees.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and drive regional talent strategy
- Translate business needs into impactful development initiatives
- Lead and develop a small team supporting both professional and field employees
- Collaborate closely with HR and operations to influence outcomes at scale
