Client is looking for a Field Sales Representative to accelerate marketplace growth and driver acquisition across the Netherlands.
π About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative in Client's mobility business, you will play a pivotal role in expanding driver supply and optimizing marketplace performance. This is a hybrid role that blends sales execution, market strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
Youβll represent Our client in the marketβbuilding partnerships, analyzing trends, and directly contributing to business growth from first contact to onboarding and beyond.
π Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier (Driver) Acquisition
- Recruit and onboard new drivers through cold calls, warm leads, and in-person city visits
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of drivers
- Conduct market visits (approx. 2 per month) to drive on-ground growth
2. Marketplace Management
- Use data to make strategic decisions for assigned cities
- Optimize marketplace balance through:
- Pricing strategies
- Driver incentives
- Translate data insights into clear growth strategies
3. Stakeholder & Business Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Build strong relationships with drivers and partners
- Share market insights to improve business performance
π§ What Weβre Looking For
- Proven sales experience (B2B or field sales preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a proactive and growth-oriented attitude
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, or AI-based platforms (nice to have)
- Fluent in Dutch & English (preferred)
