What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers (net-new logos) across industries such as Retail, Consumer Products, High-Tech, Life Sciences, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, and Energy
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn), networking, and event follow-up to generate qualified pipeline
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to support account entry and opportunity creation
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support early-stage sales activities and help progress opportunities through the pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and follow-up strategies to drive engagement in the EMEA region
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline updates, and CRM hygiene
- Support regional initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Develop a foundational understanding of supply chain design solutions and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering) to ensure a seamless prospect experience
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build early-stage pipeline through outbound efforts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with global stakeholders
- Interest in enterprise technology, with exposure to supply chain, analytics, or optimization software as a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high level of ownership
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms preferred
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
