What You’ll Do

Proactively identify and engage prospective customers (net-new logos) across industries such as Retail, Consumer Products, High-Tech, Life Sciences, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, and Energy
Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn), networking, and event follow-up to generate qualified pipeline
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to support account entry and opportunity creation
Partner closely with Account Executives to support early-stage sales activities and help progress opportunities through the pipeline
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and follow-up strategies to drive engagement in the EMEA region
Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline updates, and CRM hygiene
Support regional initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, to build brand awareness and generate leads
Develop a foundational understanding of supply chain design solutions and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering) to ensure a seamless prospect experience

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales, preferably in SaaS or technology
Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build early-stage pipeline through outbound efforts
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with global stakeholders
Interest in enterprise technology, with exposure to supply chain, analytics, or optimization software as a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high level of ownership
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms preferred
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
