We are a fast-growing Chinese premium automotive and electric vehicle brand preparing our full-scale launch and expansion across Europe. As B2B Key Account Manager – HONGQI Europe, you will be responsible for developing and executing the B2B sales strategy across Europe, with a strong focus on fleet operators, leasing companies, corporate clients, and strategic partnerships with other automakers.
You will build and manage long-term relationships with key B2B customers, lead complex sales cycles from quotation to contract signing, and act as the primary point of contact to ensure exceptional customer experience and sustainable revenue growth. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role that combines strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and commercial execution in a fast-moving international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored B2B sales strategies to successfully enter and grow in new segments, such as large fleets, leasing companies, corporate mobility providers, and other automakers.
- Manage strategic relationships with key accounts (fleet operators, leasing companies, and major corporate clients); lead the full end-to-end sales process from initial contact, quotation, and negotiation through to contract signing and implementation.
- Oversee order management, delivery coordination, and after-sales processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs in the European B2B mobility sector; provide local recommendations on pricing, product configurations, and new product launches to HQ and the European leadership team.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Channel Development, and After-Sales) to align B2B offerings with overall European go-to-market strategy.
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities and partnerships across Europe to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within the CRM system.
Required Experience
- 5–8+ years of B2B sales or key account management experience, preferably in automotive, mobility, fleet sales, or leasing.
- Proven track record of managing large fleet accounts, closing complex deals, and building long-term strategic relationships.
- Experience in the automotive or EV industry is a very strong advantage.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
- Cultural agility and the ability to work effectively with global (Chinese) headquarters and European teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Languages
- English (C1/C2 level) – mandatory and fluent.
- Dutch and/or Chinese are a strong plus; any other major European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) is highly advantageous.
What We Offer
- On-Target Earnings of €95,000 – €110,000 gross per year, based on a competitive fixed base salary plus a strong performance-related bonus.
