Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Amsterdam Area. The Salesperson will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, including prospecting new clients, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include presenting and promoting the company’s product range, preparing and negotiating offers, and processing orders. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and price developments to identify new business opportunities. The Salesperson will also collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and management to ensure accurate deliveries, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, with experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders.
- Solid communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Good numerical, analytical, and basic IT skills (e.g., CRM systems, Excel, and email tools) to manage offers, pricing, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in the Amsterdam Area, organize workload independently, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
- Previous experience in international trade, wholesale, or distribution is preferred.
- Relevant education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
