An international, fast-growing organization in the trading space is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead consolidation, reporting, and IFRS activities at group level.
Responsibilities
- Lead group consolidation across multiple entities
- Own group reporting (accuracy, timelines, consistency)
- Maintain compliance and support audits
- Improve financial processes and controls
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
- Ensure strong internal controls and governance across the group
- Partner with finance teams across international entities
- Support senior stakeholders with financial insights and analysis
Must-Have
- Strong IFRS and Dutch GAAP expertise
- Proven group consolidation experience
- Strong technical accounting with a pragmatic mindset
- Experience in multi-entity / international environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Audit background (Big 4 or top-tier) preferred
