Role:

We're seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join our leadership team and play a central role in shaping our financial future. This is an opportunity to build, professionalize, and scale our finance function in a dynamic, fast-growing international business.

What You'll Do:

As Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for elevating our financial operations and establishing the frameworks needed to support sustainable growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Finance Function – Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team capable of supporting our ambitious growth plans across multiple markets

• Driving Financial Performance – Take ownership of cash flow management and working capital optimization, ensuring we maintain a strong financial position as we scale

• Enabling Strategic Decision-Making – Provide clear, actionable financial insights and analysis that empower the CEO and management team to make informed business decisions

• Strengthening Financial Infrastructure – Connect, streamline, and enhance our financial processes, systems, and controls across the organization to support our international operations

• Acting as a Strategic Business Partner – Work closely with the CEO and leadership team, contributing financial expertise to strategic planning, investment decisions, and long-term business development

Who You Are:

We're looking for a finance leader who combines technical expertise with business acumen and a collaborative leadership style. Ideally, you bring:

• Proven experience leading finance functions in international, growth-oriented businesses

• A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and recommendations

• Experience implementing and optimizing financial systems and processes in scaling organizations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization
