We are now looking for a Head of Deals & Finance to help drive our next phase of growth.
This is not a classic CFO role.
We are looking for someone commercial, sharp and execution-driven, who understands finance but also knows how to create opportunities, structure deals and bring capital into the business.
Your Mission
Help YOUNG grow smarter and faster by leading:
- Funding processes
- Investor relationships
- Acquisition opportunities
- Deal analysis & execution
- Financial visibility & decision-making
- Capital allocation across ventures
You will work directly with the CEO, Founder and leadership team.
What You Will DoDeals & Growth
- Identify acquisition and investment opportunities
- Analyse M&A targets and partnership deals
- Lead due diligence processes
- Build valuation models and deal scenarios
- Support negotiations and closing processes
Capital & Funding
- Source financing from banks, investors and alternative channels
- Build lender / investor materials
- Manage fundraising pipelines
- Create funding structures for growth opportunities
- Improve access to external capital
Finance & Performance
- Build dashboards and decision tools
- Support budgeting and capital allocation decisions
- Help professionalise finance systems across ventures
Who You Are
- Strong in finance, but commercial by nature
- Understands transactions, not just spreadsheets
- Can speak with investors, banks and founders confidently
- Sharp analytical thinker with deal instinct
- Comfortable in entrepreneurial chaos
- Fast, pragmatic and hands-on
- High ownership mentality
Ideal Background
One or more of the following:
- Investment banking

- Growth-stage CFO with fundraising exposure
