Job Title: Financial Controller

As part of a high-performing Financial Control team, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial data while driving continuous improvement across processes and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and posting journal entries, accruals and monthly financial data
- Producing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
- Owning parts of the general ledger and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Leading process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Supporting statutory reporting and external audits
- Contributing to internal controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments and countries
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis, reporting and finance projects
About You:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role (audit background is advantageous)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with IFRS and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive and confident working in a dynamic environment
