We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced environment in Amsterdam. You’ll be the go-to person for end-user support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, and systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (onsite & remote)
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and updates
- Manage support tickets and documentation
- Support endpoint security and user access
- Work closely with wider IT teams to resolve complex issues
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years experience in IT Support / Desktop Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware & software
- Experience with Windows environments
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and end-user computing
- Strong communication and user-facing skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Office 365 / Active Directory
- Exposure to ITIL or structured support environments
