An innovative and fast-growing FinTech company based in Amsterdam, are looking to hire an IT Support Engineer. You will be responsible for providing technical support to employees across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and ensure the internal systems run smoothly so teams can focus on building great financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to employees across the business
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across internal systems
- Provision and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
- Maintain IT documentation, asset tracking, and support procedures
- Assist with security best practices and compliance requirements typical in the FinTech industry
- Work with external vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, networking, and SaaS tools
- Experience with identity and access management tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
- Experience supporting Windows environments
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Scripting skills in PowerShell
