Head of Sales, Benelux — Amsterdam

We are looking for a Head of Sales to take full ownership of the sales strategy across Benelux.
The successful Head of Sales will:
- Own the Regional Sales Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Dutch and Belgian markets.
- Lead & Coach from the Field: Build and enable a high-performing team across the region, spending 60–80% of your time on the ground to develop a strong field-sales culture.
- Optimise Team Performance: Track and improve key KPIs including portfolio growth, partner activity rates, and sales targets.
- Improve Sales Operations: Design and implement scalable sales processes, CRM workflows, and operational frameworks to manage a large portfolio of retail partners.
The Head of Sales has the following experience:
- Field Sales Mastery: Extensive experience in field based sales, ideally within FMCG, retail, or SMB sectors where "time on the road" is essential.
- Hands-on Leader: You have a proven track record of managing and coaching sales teams with an empathetic, lead-by-example style.
- Builder Mindset: You thrive in a hyper growth environment, bringing immediate value through sales methodology, operational support, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Mobility & Commitment: You are motivated by fieldwork and building relationships, comfortable spending 3–4 days per week traveling across Benelux.
- Languages: Dutch level French and professional English are required. Proficiency in French / Flemish is a strong plus.
