This isn’t your standard “reset passwords and fix printers” kind of role.
We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to be in the engine room of a growing company - the person everyone relies on when things break, scale, or need rethinking.
You’ll be the face of tech across the business, sitting at the intersection of people, tooling, and infrastructure. One minute you’re helping a new joiner get set up on day one, the next you’re improving how the entire company collaborates, automates, and operates.
If you’re curious, hands-on, and quietly obsessed with making things just work better - you’ll thrive here.
💡 What you’ll be doing
This role is intentionally broad. You’ll get exposure across the full IT / Digital Infrastructure stack:
- Owning the office setup - WiFi, meeting rooms, connectivity (making things seamless, not just “working”)
- Setting up new joiners for success - devices, access, tooling, and a great first experience
- Managing and improving internal tools (Google Workspace + others)
- Supporting security fundamentals (password management, access control)
- Getting hands-on with hardware, cabling, and physical setups when needed
- Automating onboarding, offboarding, and internal processes (less manual, more magic)
- Becoming the go-to person when something breaks, feels clunky, or needs rethinking
🧠 What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience - but you do need the right mindset:
- Comfortable across operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux - pick your weapon)
- Exposure to MDM tools (e.g. Kandji) is a bonus
- Naturally helpful — you like solving problems for people
- Happy getting hands-on (yes, sometimes that means cables and crawling under desks)
- Curious about automation, scripting, and making things more efficient
- Interest in networking (even from home setups) is a big plus
✨ Why this role is interesting
- You won’t be siloed - you’ll see everything across the business
- You’ll help shape how IT works as the company scales
- You’ll learn fast - tools, systems, people, and how startups actually operate
- You’ll have real ownership early on (not just tickets in a queue)
🎁 What’s in it for you
- 📚 Training & upskilling to accelerate your growth
- 🛠️ Real ownership of IT Ops + tooling decisions
- 🌍 International, ambitious, and genuinely kind team
- 💸 €800 WFH budget to build your setup your way
- 🥗 Free healthy lunch + snacks every day
- 🌿 Beautiful canalside office with a huge garden (yes, really)
- ✈️ Annual company trip with the whole team
- 🏃 OneFit sports subscription
- 🚆 NS Business travel card (if you’re outside the A10)
