Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Breukelen for an IT Support Specialist. The responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues. The specialist will also manage help desk support requests while maintaining and optimizing desktop computer systems. Collaboration with IT teams to enhance system performance and ensure prompt resolution of technical challenges is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Experience with Desktop Computers and related hardware/software
- Solid understanding of Information Technology fundamentals
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize technical tasks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Prior experience in an on-site IT support role is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous
