We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in Desktop Management and Infrastructure Services. The role involves providing end-user technical support, desktop setup and configuration, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and ensuring secure and efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Install and configure desktop systems, peripherals, and software applications
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Support users onsite and remotely
Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and hardware upgrades
Manage system backups and ongoing desktop functionality
Maintain support tickets, issue logs, and technical documentation
Create and update knowledge base articles
Provide user training and guidance on systems and applications
Collaborate with network and systems teams on complex issues
Manage security settings, antivirus, and access controls
