About Agurotech
Agurotech develops smart sensor solutions that help growers make better decisions in the field. Our technology combines hardware, firmware, data, and agronomic insight to deliver reliable and actionable information. As we grow, we are looking for a technically strong team member who can help resolve customer issues, improve product reliability, and support customers and partners in a professional and effective way.
About the role
Agurotech is looking for a technically strong and analytical Technical Support Engineer to take ownership of customer issues related to our sensors, firmware, data flows, and connected systems.

You will also help improve Agurotech’s troubleshooting approach by documenting findings, developing standard checks and protocols, and strengthening issue-handling processes. Occasionally, you may perform field checks or tests when needed.
