About our role:
Our client is a global leader in consumer electronics and is looking for an Online Marketing Specialist.
You translate commercial and promotional plans into clear communication concepts across Samsung's owned and paid channels, from web and app to affiliate and partner portals.
You develop strategic briefs based on commercial objectives and consumer insights, and work closely with Category Management, CRM, Go to Market, and Paid Media teams to ensure consistent, impactful activation across all digital touchpoints.
What you will be doing:
- Communication Planning – Translate category promotion plans into clear online communication strategies, defining key messages, target audiences and channel mix
- Briefing & Coordination – Create and manage high-quality briefs for execution teams, ensuring all deliverables align with the campaign objective, brand tone and quality standards
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with Online Marketing Lead and key stakeholders to ensure consistency of messaging across channels and campaigns
- Performance Follow-Up – Evaluate campaign/promotion output together with Performance & Optimization Team, identify learnings and improvement points for future communication
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field, combined with experience in a similar role.
- 3–4 years of professional experience.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint for creating briefings and Excel for managing copy decks. Experience with Jira is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital communication workflows – from commercial input to creative briefing and channel deployment.
- Very detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Proven ability to manage multiple briefs, deadlines and stakeholder feedback loops simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication and conceptual thinking skills; able to translate commercial objectives into compelling digital communication.
