Interim Trade Marketing Program Manager (Independent Contractor)

A globally recognised, tech-led B2B organisation is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Program Manager to join their Partner Marketing team on an independent contractor basis.
This is a high-impact role focused on designing, delivering and optimising multi-channel marketing programmes that drive engagement across a global partner network.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout and optimisation of global trade/partner marketing programmes across regions
- Build and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels (email, CRM, paid, platform comms)
- Translate central strategy into locally relevant field marketing plans
- Coordinate cross-channel campaign delivery, including post-launch tracking, reporting and optimisation
- Partner with regional teams to adapt programmes while maintaining brand and messaging consistency
- Own stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, marketing and account management teams
- Drive performance through KPIs, insights and continuous improvement loops
Key requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in trade/partner marketing or field marketing within a global B2B environment
- Strong digital marketing expertise with hands-on campaign delivery experience
- Technical understanding of cloud-based platforms, data models and marketing tools
- Proven track record of executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across regions
- Strong project management, coordination and delivery capability
- Exposure to AI-led marketing or advanced campaign optimisation highly beneficial
- Fluent English
