About the role:
The Marketing Manager, Poland is responsible for planning and executing high-impact marketing programs to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and build long-term customer loyalty in the Polish market while supporting broader Europe marketing initiatives.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring high-level conceptual thinking, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise in customer segments, market trends, and competitive landscape in the Polish market and broader Europe region, translating insights into compelling value propositions that address specific customer pain points.
- Partner with global marketing team and external agencies to implement regional marketing programs aligned with commercial priorities and revenue targets across Poland and Europe markets.
- Localise content and leverage multi-channel marketing including paid, social, CRM, website, events, PR/media, and partnerships to strengthen brand awareness and drive new client acquisition.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Own strategic event planning from concept to execution for events in Poland, including webinars, tradeshows, regional roadshows, executive roundtables, and third-party sponsored events.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for budget optimization, ROI improvement, and future campaign planning.
Requirements:
- Native Polish speaker 5+ years of marketing experience in Poland within the financial, payments, SaaS, enterprise software or international ecommerce industry.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial outcomes across both online and offline demand generation, leveraging digital, social, events, and PR channels.
- Data-driven and ROI-focused, with a passion or interest in financial services and/or payments.
- Experience in brand/ content/ event marketing considered an advantage.
- Naturally resilient and curious, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively under time pressure within a matrix organization.
