Executive Assistant - West LA Nonprofit - $75k-$85k DOE
Special nonprofit headquartered in West Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team. The EA will report to the Chief of Staff and offer a range of administrative support to two busy C-Suite executives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Heavy scheduling and calendar management
- Compiling materials for meetings and assisting with meeting setup
- Arranging travel and processing expenses
- Running errands, including picking up lunches and coffee
- Assisting with billing needs and maintaining systems
- Attending and supporting events (note, this will include nights and weekends)
Core work hours are 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday (3-5 days in-office each week -- in-office days/frequency will vary).
Flexibility for overtime and after-hours will be needed in this role, including some weekends! Role will offer paid OT.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- 3+ years of EA experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience within fast-paced environments (entertainment agencies, finance, etc.)
- Exceptional communication + interpersonal skills
