Executive Assistant - West LA Nonprofit - $75k-$85k DOE

Special nonprofit headquartered in West Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team. The EA will report to the Chief of Staff and offer a range of administrative support to two busy C-Suite executives.

Responsibilities will include:

Heavy scheduling and calendar management
Compiling materials for meetings and assisting with meeting setup
Arranging travel and processing expenses
Running errands, including picking up lunches and coffee
Assisting with billing needs and maintaining systems
Attending and supporting events (note, this will include nights and weekends)

Core work hours are 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday (3-5 days in-office each week -- in-office days/frequency will vary).

Flexibility for overtime and after-hours will be needed in this role, including some weekends! Role will offer paid OT.

Qualified candidates will possess:

3+ years of EA experience
Bachelor’s degree
Valid driver’s license
Experience within fast-paced environments (entertainment agencies, finance, etc.)
Exceptional communication + interpersonal skills
