We are seeking an experienced and proactive Contract-HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with minimal supervision and limited direction. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Administer HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee communications.
- Maintain HRIS records and generate reports to support business decisions.
- Support training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
