Job Description – AV Support Engineer / Onsite AV Technician
📍 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: 1Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support meeting room technologies, including Cisco Video Conferencing Systems.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Audio-Visual (AV) equipment and meeting room solutions.
- Support AV infrastructure including:
- Projectors
- Display Screens
- Video Switchers
- Crestron Control Systems
- Microphones
- Audio Mixers
- DSP Processors
- Amplifiers
- Speakers
- Video Monitors
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of AV hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve AV-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operation of meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Provide end-to-end support for executive meetings, town halls, conferences, and special events.
- Ensure all AV systems operate at optimal performance and proactively identify potential issues before events.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with end users and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular health checks and preventive maintenance for meeting rooms and AV equipment.
- Coordinate and support RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes for faulty AV devices.
- Maintain documentation, asset records, and service reports related to AV infrastructure.
- Work closely with IT and Facilities teams to support integrated meeting room technologies.

- Experience supporting executive meetings, boardrooms, and large-scale events.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide onsite support when required.
