The role

As a Data Scientist you’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, organizational psychology, and leadership science. You´ll collaborate closely to develop impactful solutions leveraging AI, NLP, and predictive analytics. Your work will inform executive decisions, shape leadership strategies, and support complex organizational transformations.

Identify high-impact opportunities for ML/AI across internal tools and client-facing products
Design, test, and deploy advanced models (especially NLP and AI-based) to address nuanced leadership and organizational challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data-driven insights into products and services
Contribute thought leadership and subject-matter expertise across data science, leadership strategy, and analytics innovation
Stay current with advances in ML, AI, and behavioral science to guide best practices
Bring an entrepreneurial mind set to the table and define new AI opportunities within the business.

Skills and Experience

Strong track record in machine learning, NLP, and AI application—Bayesian modeling is a plus
Proficient in Python (preferred), R, or similar languages and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail
Experience or interest in leadership science, organizational psychology, or social science research
Able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and empathy
