Technical Support Specialist (L1)

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support via a ticketing system and online chats
Monitor systems and respond to alerts
Register and track customer requests
Perform initial issue analysis and resolve standard support cases
Escalate more complex issues to internal teams
Maintain accurate ticket updates and support documentation

Requirements

Basic understanding of networking principles and technologies
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow in IT
Good written English
Readiness to work shifts

Preferred

Basic knowledge of servers and network infrastructure
Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring tools
Familiarity with Zabbix or similar systems
Previous experience in technical support is a plus
Additional language skills and experience in multilingual customer communication would be an advantage

What We Offer

Remote full-time position
Shift-based schedule, including weekends and 3 weekdays
Working hours: 07:00-15:00 CEST
