We are seeking a detail-oriented candidateto manage day-to-day accounts payable tasks and support our HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, processes, and people, and who is comfortable multitasking across accounts payable and basic HR duties.
Key Responsibilities
📘 Accounts Payable (Primary Role)
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Advantage).
- Process accounts payable (AP)
- Reconcile credit card and vendor accounts monthly.
- Process invoices, track payments, and assist with follow-up if needed.
👥 HR/Administrative Support (As Needed)
- Provide general administrative support to leadership or HR.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with employees and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to improve or streamline processes.
- Comfortable in a small business environment.
