Human Resources Business Partner

You'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving impactful people strategies. You'll partner with leaders across corporate functions to align HR practices with business goals, ensuring teams are equipped to perform and grow. From coaching leaders to supporting performance management and talent development, you'll help create a culture of accountability and connection.

Your work will include analyzing people metrics to identify trends and guide conversations that matter. You'll support enterprise-wide initiatives like succession planning and talent calibration, while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent solutions. Every day, you'll influence outcomes that strengthen engagement and foster long-term success for both individuals and the organization.

Who You Will Work With: You'll work closely with corporate leaders, cross-functional HR teams, and partners across Legal, Finance, and Operations. Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you'll build trusted relationships and serve as a go-to resource for practical, people-focused solutions. Together, you'll champion company values and ensure HR strategies are aligned with organizational priorities.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law
Experience supporting corporate functions or multi unit environments; retail or fast‐paced growth a plus
Skilled in using HR metrics and insights to inform decisions
Demonstrated success in coaching leaders and resolving employee relations issues
Familiarity with compensation practices and job architecture
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‐CP/SCP) preferred
A team‐first attitude; willing to step in wherever needed

Work Style And Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips
Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Regular in-office attendance is required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
