💰 $65K–$80K w/ bonus

Role reports to the VP of Operations.
This role is for someone coming out of a manufacturing or industrial environment who understands both the people side and operational pace of the floor. This is about supporting employees, and keeping HR running clean and consistent as the business scales.
🔧 What You’ll Actually Do:
- Run day-to-day HR operations across hourly and salaried employees (50 employees in total).
- Own payroll and benefits administration (Innova)
- Handle employee relations: investigations, discipline documentation, corrective action
- Drive onboarding and offboarding
- Build and improve HR processes as the company grows
