Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and performance management
- Partner with HR centers of excellence to support payroll, benefits, and policy-related initiatives
- Lead performance management cycles, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts
- Support hiring, promotions, and internal mobility in collaboration with HR and finance teams
- Drive change management initiatives tied to organizational growth and restructuring
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, partnering with leadership and legal when needed
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
- Facilitate leadership coaching, training sessions, and professional development workshops
Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR Business Partner experience with strong employee relations expertise
- Experience working in high-growth, matrixed, or complex organizational environments
- Exposure to M&A integrations and managing organizational change
- Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders at multiple levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Solid knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws including ADA and FMLA
- Ability to coach and develop both leaders and employees
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
