Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Hybrid role based in the Atlanta, GA area, supporting leaders both remotely and from the company’s Midtown Atlanta office. Periodic travel may be required.
Overview
Our partner, a global consumer products organization, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support multiple Vice Presidents within their organization.
This is a high-visibility, highly confidential role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure and organization to complex priorities. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, highly organized, and capable of supporting multiple senior leaders while managing competing priorities with professionalism and urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day executive support to multiple Vice Presidents within the R&D organization
- Manage complex and frequently shifting calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements
- Coordinate onsite, hybrid, and virtual meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive communications with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
- Serve as a key point of coordination between executives, business partners, and external stakeholders
- Support leadership meetings, operating reviews, offsites, and cross-functional initiatives, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
- Handle sensitive business and personnel matters with discretion and sound judgment
- Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and other operational administrative activities
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations to support onboarding, planning cycles, and internal processes
- Anticipate leadership needs, proactively solve problems, and help executives stay focused on strategic priorities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or multiple leaders in a corporate or fast-paced business environment
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Strong executive presence and professionalism
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information appropriately
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools preferred
- Resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
