Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, supporting daily HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
• Own the full recruiting process across all open roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to identify top talent.
• Present only top candidates to leadership for final decision-making.
• Build and maintain a consistent hiring pipeline for current and future roles.
Onboarding & New Hire Setup
• Own and execute the onboarding process for all new hires.
• Ensure employees are fully set up with tools, systems and access prior to start date.
• Build and maintain onboarding checklists and processes for consistency.
• Support new hires through their first 90 days.
People Operations & Organization
• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and internal organization.
• Support offboarding processes, including communication, documentation, and system removal.
• Maintain and support HR compliance across the company.
• Identify gaps in current people processes and recommend improvements.
• Maintain policies and procedures
• Maintain Employee Handbook
Performance Management
• Partner with leadership to support development and tracking of KPIs across roles.
• Help implement consistent performance processes, including review cycles.
• Execute and support performance reviews, feedback conversations, and documentation.
• Assist in identifying underperformance and support improvement plans.
Culture & Communication
• Support the development and consistency of RT&B’s internal culture through structured communication and team touchpoints.
• Ensure company policies, expectations, and updates are clearly communicated across the team.
• Contribute to a strong employee experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
• Reinforce company standards, accountability, and alignment across departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication, engagement, and overall team experience.
Required Skills/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of Human Resource experience
• Highly organized
• Trustworthy with the ability to hold highly confidential information
