StaffBright is looking to hire a strategic and driven HR Business Partner to join our client’s growing team in the Charlotte, NC metro area. This role plays a critical part in supporting employee relations, driving performance management initiatives, and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness across a distributed workforce.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support employee relations and performance management initiatives across a U.S. and Canada-based workforce, partnering closely with managers to address challenges and drive consistent HR practices.
- Travel up to 25% domestically, with occasional international travel, to support on-site HR initiatives, build relationships with business leaders, and ensure alignment across locations.
- Coach and guide leaders on performance improvement strategies, employee development planning, and best practices for managing teams at various levels.
- Collaborate with shared HR services, including benefits, payroll, and learning & development teams, to ensure seamless HR operations and an equitable employee experience.
- Leverage existing learning and development content to help design and execute internal training and talent development programs.
- Translate broader organizational HR strategies into actionable initiatives tailored to the business, contributing to ongoing process improvement and organizational growth.
What We Need From You:
- 4+ years of experience in a strategic HR role with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Proven experience developing and executing talent development or training programs within a corporate environment.
- Strong ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with leadership across multiple locations.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and support decision-making through insights.
- Experience working within HRIS platforms such as Workday is preferred.
