We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support our growing logistics operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Group Logistics and Warehouse Manager and cross-functional teams to provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across Accell’s European logistics network.
What’s the job all about?
As Accell Group continues to develop its logistics footprint across Europe, the Logistics Analyst plays an important role in supporting the design and execution of the future logistics setup. This position focuses on analyzing logistics and supply chain data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting harmonized, efficient, and compliant logistics operations.
What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?
You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Preparing reports and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Supporting warehouse management initiatives with data-driven recommendations on stock levels, distribution strategies, and process improvements.
- Monitoring logistics costs, benchmarking performance, and contributing ideas to improve cost efficiency.
- Assisting in the standardization of logistics workflows across regions to support alignment with business goals.
- Working with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and supply chain teams, as well as external logistics partners.
- Supporting ESG initiatives and helping ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company standards.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a proactive and pragmatic professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
- A HBO or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or data analysis.
- Experience with logistics operations, warehouse management systems, reporting, and data analytics.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain transformation projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Familiarity with logistics systems and operational processes.
- The ability to communicate insights clearly to different stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively across international teams.
- A detail-oriented approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
