Currently we are in the process of recruiting a Group FP&A Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up & Implement FP&A Infrastructure
- Design, build, and implement group-level FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
- Develop standardized reporting frameworks (financial dashboards, KPI reporting, management reporting packs).
- Implement and improve FP&A tools (e.g., consolidation/reporting tools, planning software, BI dashboards). Knowledge with Tagetik preferred.
- Prepare Group Planning instructions and planning timetables.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Perform detailed variance analyses and identify drivers behind performance.
- Monitor and interpret financial trends, risks, and opportunities across the group.
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for management.
Business Partnering
- Work closely with local finance teams and operational departments across different entities (Germany & France).
- Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis, business cases, investment evaluations, and strategic projects.
- Challenge assumptions, provide recommendations, and support data-driven decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive automation and optimization of reporting cycles.
- Strengthen data quality and financial data governance.
- Contribute to scaling the finance function by implementing new tools and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 8- 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A
- Proven experience in setting up FP&A processes and/or reporting tools in a growing or transforming organization.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in environments where processes are not yet fully established.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and financial planning systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders across multiple countries/entities.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
