About the role
As IT Support Engineer at iPractice, you make sure that both our employees and clients can work effortlessly within our tech-driven environment. In this role, you play a key role in maintaining seamless operations, supporting our psychologists with cutting-edge tools, and ensuring secure, high-performing systems that directly contribute to patient care.
You'll take on a variety of IT challenges, optimize our digital security, and work closely with our Product Manager and Developers to continuously improve our systems. Among other things, you will:
- Ensure that all your colleagues can carry out their work without any problems within our systems. Be our helpdesk for all IT related issues.
- Keep an overview and issue company assets.
- Monitor and improve digital security - ensure that your colleagues are aware of our policies regarding digital security.
- Provide IT support to the Facility Manager when setting up new locations.
- Find solutions to a wide range of IT problems for both clients and employees in collaboration with our Product Manager and Developers.
- Keep track of which bugs and tech problems are reported and ensure that colleagues involved receive the correct information and feedback. You are the first point of contact in the field of IT within our organization.
- Set up new systems together with Product to improve our services.
- Manage technical documentation.
- Identify and implement improvements/enhancements yourself

Who you are
You are a proactive IT professional with a strong service-oriented mindset and a passion for solving technical challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy working in a role where you can make a real impact. Additionally, you:
- Have a solid understanding of various computer systems, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Have experience troubleshooting hardware issues, such as Windows 11, printers, and networking (UniFi)
- Preferably also have knowledge of device management platforms like Kandji or Atera
- Are quick to learn and adapt to new technical applications
- Have strong communication skills and an eye for detail
- Are calm, proactive, solution-driven, and eager to take initiative
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a digital, tech or IT support role
- Are fluent in English. Dutch is a bonus.
