Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows environments
- Experience working with Mac and/or Linux client systems
- Strong experience supporting end-user hardware, devices, and peripherals
- Proficiency in supporting common software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ticketing systems)
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Experience supporting videoconferencing systems
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to handle end-user issues efficiently and professionally
