VP, Sales – EU
We are partnering with a fast-growing, commerce-first agency to find an exceptional sales leader to transform their European commercial function. The agency operates at the intersection of brand and performance, combining Amazon expertise, retail media, D2C marketing, SaaS solutions, and webshop development to drive full-funnel growth for leading consumer brands.
The Opportunity
As VP, Sales you will lead the entire EU commercial function, providing strategic direction and accountability across multiple revenue streams. You will drive pipeline growth, improve win rates, and build a high-performing team that converts strategy into measurable revenue.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee four direct reports across key business units, lead complex multi-capability pitches, and join top-to-top client discussions to close transformational deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and unify all EU deal teams, providing structure, accountability, and performance management across pipeline, pricing, and conversion
- Partner with senior leadership to translate divisional goals into actionable pursuit and conversion strategies tied to EU growth targets
- Serve as senior sales lead for complex and multi-capability pursuits, participating in top-to-top client discussions
- Implement standardized sales playbooks, deal qualification, pricing strategy, and approval processes
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to align campaigns and pursuit prioritization
- Drive pursuit focus across key commercial categories, ensuring deal teams are equipped to sell across all capabilities
- Build and mentor a high-performing, regionally aligned sales team with clear accountability and professional growth plans
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial or sales leadership experience within ecommerce, digital performance, or agency environments
- Proven ability to lead multi-capability sales teams across complex European markets
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Amazon and EU digital commerce ecosystems, including SaaS, D2C, and retail media
- Experience implementing structured sales systems, pursuit playbooks, and conversion enablement frameworks
- Strong strategic selling, pricing strategy, and top-to-top client engagement skills
- Collaborative, data-driven, and hands-on leader able to turn insight into action
- Fluent in English; German or another major EU language preferred
