Short description of the work field:
We are expanding our OE Sales team in Amsterdam and are seeking a Key Account Manager OE to join our commercial organization. In this role, you’ll manage and grow key OEM accounts, with a strategic importance to Apollo Tyres globally, through proactive commercial strategies and relationship building. You will handle account planning, pricing, negotiations, and forecasting for strategic OE accounts with a significant growth potentially globally.
This position reports directly to the Divisional Head OE Sales.
What will be your role in more detail?
- Manage day-to-day operations of major and strategic OEM key accounts
- Prepare commercial offers and support price negotiations
- Forecast volumes and sales
- Collaborate with logistics, planning, and supply chain to ensure delivery
- Monitor product development progress, timeline achievement, customer satisfaction and lead improvement initiatives
- Analyze performance and prepare account reviews

Do you have what it takes? (requirements)
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience as a KAM (or similar) in automotive or industrial sectors
- Experience with OEMs is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Excel skills and ability to use data for decision-making
- Ability to influence without authority
