Are you a Recruiting or HR Operations Specialist with hands-on Workday experience? We are hiring a Workday Recruiter Specialist to join a global corporate leader located in downtown Chicago!
This is a full-time contract opportunity offering $31.56/hr on a hybrid schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Workday Requisition Management: Posting jobs internally and externally, managing Workforce Org Structures, and assigning primary/secondary recruiter rights within Workday.
- Applicant Flow & Pipeline Management: Reviewing applications, contacting qualified talent, scheduling candidate intake, and maintaining waiting lists/pipelines for upcoming roles.
- System & Job Board Support: Overseeing group job-board accounts and guiding candidates through the Workday application workflow.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serving as a primary liaison between Service Delivery Managers, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Services teams.
Key Details:
- Pay Rate: $31.56/hr
- Schedule: Full-Time | Mon – Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Location: Chicago, IL 60606 (Hybrid)
- Experience Required: Hands-on experience with Workday requisitions and recruiting workflows.
