About the Company
Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of advanced industrial machinery and automation solutions. As part of an ambitious growth strategy in North America, the organization has recently invested in a significant expansion of its U.S. operations, including a modern facility and a rapidly growing workforce. In recent years, the organization has expanded its offering beyond equipment and services into software solutions, further strengthening its position as a technology-driven industrial company.
As the company evolves from a sales and service organization into a full-scale manufacturing and assembly operation, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to help shape the future of the business. This is not an HR maintenance role. It is a builder role for an HR leader who wants a real seat at the table and the opportunity to create scalable people infrastructure for a high-growth North American operation.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in developing long-term HR strategies and rolling up their sleeves to solve day-to-day business challenges.
As a member of the leadership team, the HR Director will support the continued growth and evolution of the organization across both its industrial and software-related business activities, helping attract, develop, and retain top talent in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
