JOB TITLE: Store Talent Acquisition Manager
REPORTS TO: Director of HR & Talent Acquisition
LOCATION: New York, NY (hybrid)
SCHEDULE: Hybrid- 3 days/week on-site & 2 days/week remote

Position Overview:
- To act as a role model for all Uniqlo and Fast Retailing values and principles, manage the daily hiring operations and ensure effective implementation of all related HR projects
- To set up and implement effective recruitment strategies for all levels of roles within the US.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute talent acquisition strategies to support store growth and business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders, HRs and store managers to define workforce needs, organizational structures, and candidate profiles.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical and strategic positions across Stores HR, Store Management Candidates, and New Store Openings.
- Manage recruitment for New Store Openings in existing and new markets, ensuring timely hiring across all levels.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing coaching, recruitment training, market intelligence, and hiring best practices.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market mapping, and external partnerships.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing, attraction, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen UNIQLO's position as an employer of choice.
- Develop and continuously improve recruitment processes, assessment methods, and selection tools to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, talent trends, and market insights to drive data-informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Manage recruitment budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Career Website management, optimization, and user support.
- Partner with HR and business leaders onboarding, succession planning, leadership development, and long-term talent strategies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years HR experience in human resources - preferably a retail environment
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment
- Preferred experience supporting in a global organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem solve multiple requests simultaneously.
- Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
- Experience using Workday and LinkedIn recruiter preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with highly sensitive matters
- Willingness to travel as needed during New Store Openings
- Flexibility to work evenings during recruitment seasons
** US Travel may be required: 30%.
**Salary: $140,000 - $167,000* annually**
The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
