We're partnering with a rapidly growing multi-site healthcare organization to identify an experienced HR Manager who enjoys building teams, developing people, and partnering with operational leaders in a fast-paced environment.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for leading a team of HR professionals while helping drive employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, workforce planning, and process improvement across multiple locations.
What You'll Do
As the HR Manager, you'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while overseeing the day-to-day execution of HR across a growing multi-site organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals supporting multiple locations.
- Partner with operational leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation.
- Drive recruiting strategy and workforce planning across multiple facilities.
- Utilize HR data and reporting to identify trends related to turnover, hiring, and employee engagement.
- Oversee benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and HR compliance.
- Improve HR processes while helping build scalable infrastructure for a growing organization.
- Foster a positive employee experience while supporting business growth.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an HR leader who is equally comfortable supporting employees, coaching managers, and leading an HR team.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations.
Ideal qualifications include:
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Previous HR leadership or team management experience.
- Employee Relations expertise.
- Talent Acquisition and workforce planning experience.
- Benefits administration and HR compliance knowledge.
- Experience using UKG Ready, Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics to drive decisions.
